If you're anything like me, you spend unnecessary amounts of time online "window shopping" and adding to your want-list. I constantly find myself filling up my cart and doing absolutely nothing about it; Partly because there is an outrageous amount of things left over that cost way too much, and partly because I am so indecisive. It's when I find myself going back to certain items again and again that I give myself the permission to splurge!
